We hope you will understand that it’s impossible for us to answer all your cconstruction questions until we know what plan you like, your building site. Its location, size, terrain and soil conditions as well as site and code restrictions.

Over 64 standard plans are available, one may fit your needs. Otherwise we offer to draw-up custom plans at nominal cost.

Our model houses are located near Martinsburg WV, or in Kyoto, Japan. A typical home can be viewed in Windham, near Albany NY.  Please call for an appointment.

We maybe able to arrange for you to view homes we have built near you. Note, we give out these addresses only after we have obtained permission.          

As an incentive for clients living more than 500 miles from our models, we will deduct $ 600.- travel expenses from the purchase price of their component package.
