Mr. M. Ishoka, President of AHSJ - American Home Systems, Japan, is our Far East representative for the HELIX STRUCTURE. Mr. Ishoka has built many round HELIIX STRUCTURES throughout Japan as homes, offices, restaurants, and even as ceremonial tea houses. American Homes System offers model HELIX STRUCURES in both Osaka and Kobe

In 1991, following extensive structural stress and material testing by the Japanese Ministry of Construction the HELIX STRUCTURE was granted nationwide approval for construction.
In January of 1995, an enormous earthquake struck and devastated Kobe, Japan. The earthquakes's epicenter was 30 kilometers east of the city. A nearby HELIX STRUCTURE was located just 8 kilometers from the quake. This HELIX STRUCTURE and others nearby were totally undamaged, while other conventional neighboring buildings, roads and railroads near our structures suffered extensive damage.
Pictured is some of the extensive damage that occured during the 1995 Kobe earthquake.
