Component Packages include: All prefabricated Floor, Wall &
Roof Components manufactured with KD Southern Yellow Pine
Lumber and Exterior Grade 3/4” OSB or opt. 3/4” Plywood. Our
special steel band, hardware, construction adhesive and truss plates required
for erection of the structure, further roof fascia and soffit panels.
**Exterior Western Red Cedar Siding, includes extra exterior
1.5" poly-urethane insulated walls.
***Roof-Pack: Modified Bitumen weld roofing, plus 1.5"
poly-urethane insulation.
Windows: PELLA™ Designer Line Wood-Core,
Aluminum-Clad, Insulated, Double-Pane, Low e-Glass, Sash color: White,
Brown, Gray or Tan. Slim Shades opt.
Cedar and Roofing Packages, as well as Sky-lights, Decking and Wood
Cabinetry quotes are subject to weekly re-evaluation and shipped
per request..

The time of an Independent Erection Supervisor is included in all
Component Package prices but limited to one (1) day on a One Story Model,
and two (2) days on a Two Story Model. Travel Expenses for
Complimentary Erection Supervision (and optional Experienced Erection
Workers) are Extra.

Delivery Time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of order
executed by our client . Units are delivered by an insured independent
common carrier in 65' long tractor trailer(s). It shall be the
responsibility of the purchaser to provide proper direct access to the site
to facilitate on-site off-loading within three (3) hours. Additional
unloading time will incur additional charges by the common carrier.
